Will a 2wd center and drag link work in the 4wd version? In other words, are they the same? How about from 73-79? Will they work in a 68 4x4? Just tapping the knowledge bank here. Thanks.

re: 68 Centerlink and Draglink question
I'm not going to be much help in the 4WD department, but for 2WDs I know the '73-'79 linkage will not work with stock '67-'72 spindles or steering box Pitman arm. The later-model parts are a tad larger. Here is a comparison shot of the spindle-end of the steering linkage. On the left is a '68, on the right is a '79:

re: 68 Centerlink and Draglink question
Thanks for the help! Will check out some local junkyards for more info.
I changed the C-bushings last night with some Polyurethane ones, job went smoothly, but man was it a PITA to get the front of the radius arms bolts back on. And then tightening those bolts by hand was an adventure in fatigue.
Thanks again.

re: 68 Centerlink and Draglink question
You might just check at the local parts store and see if they both take the same part number, but my guess is no. Doesn't the 4x4 have the steering in front of the axle? As opposed to the 2wd having it behind. I would be real surprised if they interchange.
Great ideas have always encounter violent opposition from mediocre minds.

I believe the 4wd and 2wd are different. Check out this website for Moog suspension parts and see if you can compare part numbers.
