Hi,
Have a question and this looked like the place to get an answer...
Just bought a new horn bar for a 72 F250. There was no bar in the truck when I got it. This new bar from a catalog has two wires coming out of the back of it. One flat female tab connector that appears to hook to a male flat tab in the steering wheel. (square peg square hole… pretty simple) The other wire has a funky end on it that looks like it might be intended to slide over something thicker. Was thinking it might get shoved onto the plastic somewhere? Thing is… I can’t find any place that looks like it should go and it seems like it might not be necessary? Maybe used in a different application?
Anybody know what this extra wire with the funky end on it is for or where it goes?
Appreciate any advice…
Thanks,
Bob
72 Horn Bar Wires? Why 2 of them?

Well I'll be...
Oddly enough I did have that end stuffed in one of those holes but thought to myself... "self I said... This can't be right?"
Really appreciate the help. Gonna pop out the door here real quick and see if that gets it going.
Thanks Again,
Bob
