anyone know anything about these seats?

my 90 ford has these seats, i want to take out the center fold down to customize the seat by mounting a subwoofer box i made just for this, the 2 studs on the side have a phillips pattern and there pretty tight, almost so tight im afraid of stripping them and never getting them out. anyone have any ideas?

Use an impact driver. As long as the tip you choose fits completely down into the screw's hole snugly, I'd say it'll pop right out with a couple whacks with a hammer.
