popup?

every once in a while a popup appears on the forum, it is blocked but i get a message.only happens here and not all the time and i think only on the main page. anyone know why?

most likely either the pm, or I've gotten a popup when typing in all caps...

could be, never thought of that. next time it comes up i will look into that.thanks, i did not think it would be ads or anything bad like that.

it is for the pm's.
i let the firewall allow popups for this site only, and the popup links directly to the pm box.

Right...the only pop-ups you're going to get on this site are either a PM alert, or (if you're typing a message) a warning that you're typing in all CAPS, if applicable.
