Shoulder Harness Bolt Question

I bought some 3-point retractable seat belts from wesco and have discovered that the shoulder bolt does not fit the factory shoulder anchor point.

The bolt they sent is 7/16" SAE fine thread and seems to be quite a bit too large. This does seem to be the size that our trucks use on the floor, but not for the shoulder. Does anyone know what the correct specs are for the shoulder anchor point?

I think the shoulder bolts are 3/8-16 thread, but will check in the morning.
