Anyone ever bought carpet from NPD? I had a friend who bought it from LMC and it's fit was awfull. I got black loop like the orig stuff. Just hope it's better than lmc for the price.

There are permenant bends in it from being folded up. You gotta leave it out in the sun so it softens up and all the bends flatten out. My LMC carpet didn't fit too bad.

LMC doesn't list their carpets right according to fit.
When it says "Column shift" it means a 3 on the tree, not automatic.
When it says "Floor shift", it means a T-18 or NP435.
To properly fit with a C4, you need the "Column shift" carpet, due to the low hump.
To properly fit with a C6, you need the "Floor shift" carpet, due to the high hump.
I was down there in several months ago and stopped in to pick up some parts. I had a discussion with the counter man about this. He looked up on his computer and was shocked by how many carpets had been returned due to "did not fit."
He wrote down what I told him, and said he'd pass it along to the higher ups.
I doubt anything will change regarding the ad copy in the catalog, though.

Very interesting, must save this somehow, somewhere I will know where it is :hmm:
