I'd like to see some "finished" shots as well... this seems like it would be a good alternative to rubber, and would allow you to lay carpet over it later if you wanted.

hey Guys...

I don't have any pics, but the '71 CS I parted out had the floor done with bed liner paint.
It was brushed on instead of sprayed, but still looked pretty good.
It would have looked really good had it been sprayed on.
But even brushed on, it would make a great base for a stock style rubber mat or carpet.
You might even want to add some of this stuff to the bed liner paint.
It is a real good insulator and would help keep some of the engine/road heat as well as noise down.

Here's a few of my 67 and 68. One advantage to posting directly onto the site is the photos won't disappear as they do when one switches photo hosting sites.

I used the Dupiliner in my Toyota floor boards. i liked it because it is alot smoother then the hurculiner. The Hurculiner I did in my old jeep was way to abrasive. To hard to clean out the cab floor, but good for the bed though.

Oppss, the first pic is of the POR 15. The next one is of the Dupiliner.

Yea, I think if I were doing it again I would also use the Dupiliner as heep did in that the Herculiner is indeed very abrasive (good for the bed though). As far as the transmission hump goes, that's just a stock removable cover with some aluminum bolts.

Great idea. I am going to have to work on getting some of this Dupiliner stuff...I take it you POR-15 it first, then Dupiliner?

What would be the reason to lay down POR-15 and then Dupiliner?

Is the Dupiliner just brush-on, or does it need to be sprayed?

I did the POR15 because the floor pans had a lot of surface rust. I replace some parts of the pans, but decided to use the POR15 also.

If you do use POR15 make sure you either dupiliner the pans soon after the POR15. If you wait to long then you wil have to etch primer on top of the POR15 then use the Hurculiner.

My Toyota sees alot of wet, it is a trail rig.

I found a spray can of Herculiner at O Reillys and used it on my tail gate. It is much smoother than the gallon can. Have you thought of this.
