Post by AlleyCat »

Hi all, the last pic I posted of my 67 was of it supporting holiday decorations. :)

Yesterday it got some presents. :D

This 78 F100's next ride is to the crusher but not before I grab the disc brake front end,TruTrac posi, windshield and p/s setup.I posted the front clip and engine on Craigslist in hope it will sell.Best part about this F100? It was a freebee. :yip:

Looks good. I wish I had some sort of limited slip device in my 9".

Funny how this thread came up :hmm: since I spent most of today stripping the 78.I've got to pull the engine perches, prop valve and 1 brake hose bracket and it's done.I had to make it towable so I installed a junk Dana 60 in place of the 9".

layedout72, I don't know what it will bring but I'll post the total.

This is what the scrap outfit got.It brought me $125. I could have got more but they came to my house after normal business hours and towed it away. The extra cash would have been eaten by lost wages and fuel.
