can you make the headlights hids or make them brighter?

HID (high intensity discharge) is not a bulb....it is a complete lighting system that typically costs over $1000.

However, you can definitely make them brighter. Here's a couple links to read:

One of our forum members 390nut sells add on headlight harnesses that really make a huge diffferance in the head light intensity...
