Heater
Of all the pictures that I've seen of other trucks, I've not seen one with the heater setup like mine. Mine doesn't have the three knobs under the radio. I have a knob next to the steering wheel that pulls out for heat and also turns for fan speed. A lever is attached to the heater box itself that moves back and forth for defrost or floor heat.

re: Heater
No, you have a '67 with the 'Economy' heater instead of the 'Deluxe' heater.
'67 trucks with the Economy heater package didn't have the three controls below the radio, but instead had a single control below the instrument panel to for fan speed and hot/cold. You'd have to manually move the heat/defrost duct via a lever on the heater box. That's why all our heater boxes have those embossed letters on them.
Trucks with the Deluxe heater had the three controls you're familiar with.

...and here's what the Economy heater box looks like. See the lever?

It sounds to me like you have the "basic" heater. The 3-knob heater was actually considered "deluxe", if I'm on track here. That's why all the heater boxes have the raised-letter printing on them (heat/def), even though there are generally no controls there.
