I was looking for a way to put speakers in my truck... A lot of folks had some good ideas. I found this pictures looking through the photo albums and wanted to know what everyone thought about it.

re: Looking Through Pictures!!!!
just be sure to make that thing ventilated cause unlike are old style headliners that have notches cut on the sides(at least my 67 has them) this one doesnt have a way for the condensation that builds up from the different temperature inside and out side of the cab, and if there isnt a way for that to evaporate it will rust your cab from the inside out. The speakers that come with it arnt very good either but easily replaced
Im not trying to get you not to buy it just let you know things to look out for so you dont find out the hard way.
Over all though i was thinking of going that route when i have time so i can leave the stock radio and add a cd player in

I don't really care about brands Chevy Ford Dodge ...as long as it doesn't sound like two old dudes farting in a coffee can.

There is someone on here that has tried that setup. Not sure who it was, maybe "cathynkeith"? Anyway I didn't get the impression that it was well received.
