The rear trim is actually fairly common. The seals are reproduced and are readily available. The trim is not specifically an XLT item...I believe it was available on all but base models....but I'll have to double-check to be certain.Comet wrote:...But my question is on the rear glass with chrome trim. I have never seen that before. Maybe I just never noticed, but is that XLT trim? I like that! A couple of the trucks there have it. I wonder about finding a rear window seal for it, is it hard to find? Anyone know?
As a member of a car club that hosts the nation's largest single-day car show in the country, and also a judge at the show, I can answer that question.Comet wrote:Last comment, and this is just a personal pet pieve, but I can't stand all the hoods up! Let me take a pic with your hood closed and ask if you want to see the motor!
Go to my Webshots gallery I took several but Keith thought this was a 67-72 website. I also have a thing for sweet uni-bodies.Comet wrote:Very cool CACWBY, and Keith!
But Trevor, throw me a bone here and take at least one pic of a '61-'63 unibody (preferably short bed)!![]()
I asked Todd and Leon to close their hoods for a picture so I know there were those Two with hood closed, and the Yellow & White 2 toner on Day 4, the Metalic Beige, Carl and his 16K mile 69, etc. But yeah thats the Car Show Yawn - my daughter took a unique pic at a small show from end of row with all the hoods up and called it Gentlemen Start Your Engines.Comet wrote:Last comment, and this is just a personal pet pieve, but I can't stand all the hoods up!
