$20 Cluster Score!

Post by fomocoguy »

Check out the cluster I pulled from an F600 and got for $20! I'm gonna fit it with a tach and vacuum gauge, but maybe one that shows your mileage just for kicks...

good deal fomocoguy...

That's the same one I have in my '68 CS.
Something that looks really sweet on these is to paint the cluster housing itself the same as your interior color...

Nice find!

Are you after the large vacuum gauge that the big trucks had installed in the clusters that match that speedomer or are you going to install an after-market vacuum gauge?

I got a cluster that was so-so (black and chrome, but rusty chrome) out of a Ford F700 and it has the vacuum gauge in it. I later found my "pre-mo" black and chrome cluster, with the vacuum gauge in it, and am just keeping the so-so one for, who know why? I have the vacuum gauge in the so-so cluster too.
Too many projects, too little time, but.. lovin' it!
