How long should a center position seat belt be?

Post by robroy »

Hi Folks,

I'm planning on buying three point seat belts from http://www.seatbeltpros.com/, including a lap belt for the person sitting in the center.

Has anybody installed the center position lap seat belt? What length did you order?

Thanks!

Hey BobbyFord,

You could be right in that there's no special formula for this, but I was hoping somebody would have installed one from seatbeltpros.com before and have a length suggestion. :)

Hey thanks guys! So it sounds like 40" to 60" is a good range to look at.

Thanks again,
