I pulled the dash out of the new toy just to check things out and because I had nothing better to do and I found these. The only thing that is gone is the radio but I don't think that these goto the radio. Any ideas?
Also what is the little light for?
Where do these go?

Without being able to follow the wires, I'd venture a guess that those wires WERE for the radio, installed by a previous owner. When he removed the radio he just capped off the ends of the wires so they wouldn't ground out.
The light is the warning light for the brake system. (It is not an emergency brake indicator.) It tells you when you have an imbalance between the front and rear brake systems, and is hooked into the brake junction block down on the frame. For example, if the front braking system starts losing fluid due to a leaking wheel cylinder, the valve inside the junction block will slide to one side and activate that light to alert you to the problem. If the light is constantly on and the brakes are working fine, then you need to bleed the brakes to recenter the valve, which will turn the light off.

Re: Where do these go?
I noticed you have trailer brakes. Are you sure the capped wires didnt use to go to the trailer brake box? Is it still hooked up? Could be that the box went out & they just un hooked it with intentions of replacing it & just never got around to it.
The red brake light should light up with the key in the "start" position also, a "self check" if you will.
