Guages vs. Dummy lights
My '68 has the "dummy lights" in the dash cluster. I tried to use a '69 cluster with guages but I couldn't get the blinkers to work I changed out the flasher, thinking it was bad but they still wouldn't work. Everything works fine with the original '68 cluster, and everything worked fine in the '69 when I parked it. Both harnesses have a C8 part number. Any ideas?

Re: Guages vs. Dummy lights
Full-instrumentation clusters take a completely different underdash and underhood wiring harness, to accommodate the ammeter wiring. The positions of some of the wires in the connectors are slightly different as well, since additional wires have to go up through the same connector. I can't say for certain without looking at the wiring diagrams whether the turn signal wire pin positions were changed, but it's certainly possible.
