Volvo faceplate mounting

Here are some pictures of how I mounted the volvo kit for everyone. I'll post more as I get further along in the installation of my stereo.

Hey towtruckerfour, How ya makin out with the volvo adapter?

Hey drytoast. I got the faceplate mounted and some of the wiring done for the new stereo. Apparently it didn't like the factory wiring so I ran new wires for everything. I am also taking the 2 new 6 inch speakers and mounting them in a new headliner. I just have to run wires for them and find more diamond tuck that matches my interior. It is a Sony Xplod system and I also need to get new door speakers as one of the connectors broke off on my passenger door speaker. Then I get to do it again on the wifes F100.

No problem. Iwill try to post an update this weekend. It is coming along pretty good. Not totally sold on the headliner speakers but going to try it for a little while.
