My truck has the Deluxe Heater, so it's got 3 knobs under the stereo for the heater. So maybe they just plug up the hole where the knob would if it had the economy heater?
Yeah, I have the three knobs under the radio like you (just read your other thread). It's a '67 too. I had pictures here of it, but I've been away for a while (other projects taking priority) and when I looked for them last night they've apparently been removed. I'll have to relink to my photobucket account after I upload them. You've got the flasher in the glove-box, right? In (I think) 68 they put it where we have the chrome plug. Maybe on the camper special trucks they had something here as well.

That plugged-off hole was for the switch for the optional box lamp.

I've got the EF in the glove box, a broken one but it's in there!

On a base 67, it would have been the standard heater control location. On the deluxe heater with the 3 controls under the radio, it would be blanked off like it is in the picture. :thup:Here is a picture of my 67 with the deluxe heater controls and the blank.

All '67 flasher switches were glovebox-mounted. All '68-'69 flasher switches were mounted in the glovebox, unless the truck was equipped with the cargo light and factory A/C, then the switch was moved to under the dash, to the left of the steering column. This was because the glovebox insert for trucks with A/C was smaller, and installing the switch there would've made the glovebox almost unusable.
