Dash cd install?

Ok so Im going to install the volvo kit, you guys talk about side ears. But I have 2 on top and 2 on bottom? Does anyone else have this, will the kit still fit?

I've had a '68 F100 and currently have a '68 F250 CS, and never seen one with top and bottom radio mounts...
They both had side ones... the '71 CS I had them too.
Can you take a pic of it? I have to see this...

in order to fit an aftermarket cd player in there you have to cut those ears off. Stock it should have had only 2, one on each side. youl have to take a cut off wheel or a dremel tool, otherwise theres no way it will fit in there.
