Anchors for seatbelts

Post by 3 Speed »

My '67 has four anchors for belts on the floor (plus the two pre-drilled holes above for the shoulder belts).

Are those four anchors intended to serve three seating positions, or am I required to add two more anchors for the middle seating position, using the non-threaded holes already in the floor, currently filled with rubber gaskets?

the original three passenger seat belts botled into the and with both the drivers and passengers bolt holes. so the center two bolts had two belts each attached to them. the holes int he cab wall are for thre point seat belts.

Thanks, Fordman. Now to find those 3/8 bolts with shoulders for the top belts!

Meant to tell you that I found the bolts at an industrial supply house. Worked great.

Yes they were. I cut out the original rubber plugs and put the shoulder bolts in.
