1967 stock control set-up

Post by Aventinus »

When I purchased my truck I observed several after market switches along the dash next to the other controls (ignition, wipers, headlights, etc.). Slowly I've been attempting to return the truck back to it's original condition, I believed these switches to be some aftermarket junk that was no longer functioning whatever was added to the truck. However I removed the switches and found the holes where machined and appeared to match the holes the stock switches/controls used which lead me to believe that these were replacement switches. I've been scouring interior photos and wiring diagrams to try and piece together what these switches operation originally. Most interior photos are unspecific to that area of the interior and aren't very helpful and the wiring diagrams are more helpful. Question: Does anyone have a photo of a original 1967 Custom Cab set-up of the dash/instrument panel, more specifically the bottom area where the steering column meets the dash. I would love to have a photo to compare. Thanks for your help.
