I've got some issues with my wiring, I've looked at the wiring diagrams til my eyes crossed. I looked at the harness coming from the TSS to the underdash harness and saw my wiring isn't how it should be. Here's what I see:
TSS Side-----------Harness
Red/Black Stripe-----------Lt Green
Yellow/Black Stripe-----------Yellow
Lt Green-------2x Red/Black Stripe
Since I bought the truck I have no reverse lights, no emergency flashers(busted switch), no rear right turn signal, & no horn(horn & relay are good). Recently after installing in a new Grant Steering wheel, my brake lights went out. They always worked, they could've gone out before the steering wheel went on but I didn't notice until after the install. The driving lights work at nite, and the rear left turn signal works but no brake lights? I have a new TSS, and just ordered a new Brake Light switch that arrived today. I was ordering other stuff so just incase I ordered a Brake Light switch for $6.
So when I install the new TSS, should I match up the Red/Black Striped wire to each other? I think I've got more wire chasing to do from the looks of it? Any advice is appreciated!

Hey Jay
Here's a simplified diagram I made for my '68... I 6-69 are the same, but not 100% positve '67 is the same or not, I think so.
The diagram has wire color, circuit number and function of each wire.
click on the pic to enlarge
You can down laof the pic and print it out.
hope that helps,

Thanks Fordman...
That's a product of when I was havin' problems with my lights when I upgraded to PS on my '68 CS.
The fun one was figurin' out the lights on the bus with every light removed and sittin' in a box.
I spent a good month or more trying to locate a wiring diagram for a '68 Bluebird bus.
Armed with only a test light, I started tracing down wires.. I know I walked at least 50 miles inside the bus. I wish someone had of told me about the buzzer trick. Before I started that project.
My turn to pass it along. Go to the wrecking yard a get a door buzzer from any newer model rig and attach aligator clips to the two wires. Ground one and the other clips to the hot wire on the light yer tracing out. when it powers up, the buzzer will go off. You won't have to crawl out from under the dash to see if the light comes on... Very cool little tool.
PS: FORDification is welcome to use it as a sticky.. I don't know how to do that. I have a full size copy scanned in .jpeg format.
