Bought new molded carpet, headliner, sound insulation, and EVA sound deadener and Heat Shield kit.
The "molded carpet" is a joke. It comes rolled up in a small box and took a full two days of lying in the truck before it was even ready to use. The carpet was almost a full two inches shorter in the back then in the front which made for some interesting work making it look correct. The carpet does have some additional sound proofing on the top half. What should have been a three hour project turned into a 2 day project because the carpet fit so poorly.
The EVA sound deadener and Heat Shield Kits. In the picture of the catalog it looks like one side is foil and the other side is the sound deadener. What you really get is thick tar paper that reminded me of heavy roofing felt. No foil on either side just brown paper on one side and tar paper on the other. It too comes rolled up in a box and was impossible to work with due to the temperature. I ended up laying the sound proofing out in the truck with a heater, closed the doors and left it for a couple hours it was easier to work with when I got back. The heat shields didn’t make it in the box for whatever reason.
The headliner went in pretty easy. I had all off the original hardware and it looked really nice when it was done. Used the sound insulation in the headliner and it made a noticeable difference in road noise.
I was disappointed with the carpet. For $170.00 I expected better quality and fit. The EVA sound deadener did a fantastic job on cutting down on the road noise in the truck. You can actually carry on a conversation in the truck now whereas before you couldn’t. I wish the heat shields would have come but I used the extra sound insulation in its place and it did a great job.
Next weekend I plan on recovering the seat and installing sound insulation in the doors. I will post pictures soon.

Thanks for the input. Abunch of us here go off of what the catalog says and shows. I'm guilty of not posting the pros and cons.

My carpet was a joke also! I am going to Oklahoma city to check out obsolete ford for my next parts. I need a headliner and I am not paying over $100 for shipping from lmc. If I go there I can check out my parts before hand.

I live just down the street from LMC so I don't have to pay shipping.
