useless customer support-mac's

I spent 10 minutes on the line with a lady who masquerades as a customer/technical support specialist. I was trying to find out if the 8 inch floormats had precut floor shifter holes. her description of the item was limited to what I was looking at in the catalog. where are the people who actually grab the stuff? I said I had a 8 inch c6 automatic, and she tried to tell me that I must have a 5 inch hump because only floor shifters have 8 inch humps.. this was humorous. apparently they lack a parts department. she couldn't even connect me to a puller.
