3 point seat belt for a bump pics needed
For the safety of my old lady I am wanting to do away with the 2 point belts in my truck and put in a 3 point set up. I want to see some pics of your set ups and what you used please.

Go to seatbeltpros.com, and look for a thread here on shoulder belt installation. Your truck has holes for the outboard shoulder belts, probably pre-threaded (but maybe not). There are some good pix here.
I installed 3-point driver and passgenger belts, lap belt in center with order from seatbeltpros. Someday I may do it right and figure out how to put a shoulder belt in the center position.

I just ordered and installed the exact same setup from seatbeltpros.com as well. In their photo gallery, they have photos from an 70 Bumpside installation. Here is the link to the gallery:

Anyway, very nice seatbelts and very easy to install. I pulled out my old ones and installed my new ones in about an hour total.

Re: 3 point seat belt for a bump pics needed
I recently purchased two 3 point retractable belts from LMC. I was trying to figure out the install tonight but cant figure out where to attach the far end of the belt comming from the retractor. Can anyone help me out with this?? Maybe some have done this install before.

one point goes on the cab wall up high. the other goes beside the seat. the other goes behind the seat.

Good evening 68RangerPete,
Perhaps you'd find the photos in my seat belt thread helpful (I'm not sure if you've got the same type of setup, but here it is nonetheless):
May I ask for advice on Beam's 140" WSCH300 seat belts?

Here is a thread from when I installed my seat belts. Not as much detail as Robroy (Nice write up Robroy!), but maybe it will help you out a bit.

Thanks Dan! If I were more energetic I would have included a link to your thread as well, since I remembered that you also covered it. Nothing's more helpful than seeing how a few different guys went about doing the same job, before tackling it on our own trucks!
