brake and turn signal problems

heres what i got just got truck running, now iam working on the wiring got the head lights and running lights working correctly, got to the rear and the wiring was hacked up pretty good, got it all cleaned up, tail lights work and the turn signals work, got to the brake switch and it is not wired, what i need to know is where it gets its 12 volt from? and the wire coming off the switch that would send 12 volts to the brake light where does it connect?
