how easy is it to remove the printed circuit ont he back of a 1970 f250 instrument cluster and how do you do it.

pretty easy just remove the guages from the cluster. i think thats all that holds it on.

You'll also have to disconnect it from the IPVR.

...and you'll need to remove the IPVR which is held on by one screw.
All in all very simple and straight forward like fordman and 70_F100 said.
