tweed/cloth door panels

anyone else have these? i couldnt find anything on the tech pages for options that listed other than painted or vinyl panels
1968 F250 Ranger 2wd 472ci TH400 Caddy powered.
1979 F250 Ranger 4X4 400ci T18
anyone need a 60x24x24 flatbed semi toolbox?

i have seen some trucks that have had thier panels redone using that type of material. tweed is out of date i think. it reminds me of a gunny sack too.

i doubt mine were updated or modified my truck was a commercial vehicle from cali but who knows i have a 69 ranger teak wood gauge cluster so anythings possible
