67 rearview mirror on a 72?

Post by zakt »

So im thinking of putting a 67 rear view mirror on my 72?? I know the 67 attaches to the cab vrs the 72 on the windshield (will it attach to the 72?).. Then I suppose the question is will the sun visors work or can those be changed to a 67?? Thoughts??

It should work. You will need to buy the bracket first and then trace the holes and use a SHARP nail or something to punch the holes. I am almost positive that the visor brackets are the same, but they have a rod that slips in the other end that might make it different.

i think you can use the 72 visors with the 67mirror bracket. you may only need to make one new hole to mount the bracket. but i am guessing.

From Kieth's pics, it sure looks like they will work.
