1967 CC rear windows wont roll down-need help

Working on my 67 CC and cant roll down the rear windows, they wont budge. Any ideas on how to repair or remove to fix.

remove the panel and see if they have been blocked to stay up. . i have not seen the inside of a cc rear door. i suppose it has the same or similar window regulator. if it isnt blocked up remove it and see what the teeth on the gear and crank look like. or mayeb the glass is stuck to the weather stripping or something like that.

Thanks for the reply. I can reach inside and feel a little surface rust on the regulator, a while back I gave it a shot of penettrating oil but no luck. I'll pick up a set of regulators and try them.
