steering column sleeve

Not sure if this is the right category.....forgive me if not. I have a 68 f100, factory 3speed on the column. Just went to a floor shifter. Curious if there's a sleeve out there to replace the shifter sleeve on the column that don't have the hole. Thanks in advance!!

There is. Get the sleeve or shift collar from a 4 speed truck. It is clean of any shifter protrusions.
