Well, I thought I had this swap all figured out. I didn't realize the 385 series motors don't have the mounting holes for the clutch z bar bracket. I've found pictures of a bell housing mounted bracket for 429 equipped Torinos and mustangs. Does anyone know if those will work on a bumpside? I'm not sure about the differences in engine to frame location on the cars. Anyone have instructions to make one for a truck, or know where to get one? I'm so close to having this swap ready and my 360 is dying fast.
Thanks
Allen

Some people are a lot like a slinky. Generally useless, but fun to watch when you push them down the stairs.

I may have answered my own question. Looks like L&L has a Z bar bracket for '66 to '97 trucks. Anyone use one of these?
