Cutting the Floor Hump

Post by FloridaPhil »

My 1968 Ford F100 Ranger came with a low hump with no hole in the floor. I have a bolt-on high hump from a parts truck and want to cut the floor hole as close to stock as possible. There is a grove in the floor around the spot that needs to be cut out. Anyone have a picture of a stock cut out floor so I can see where they cut it?

Thanks for the pic. I'm glad I saw the clips. That's a lot easier than getting the wife to tighten the bolts while I'm under the truck. :>)
