Tires and wheel fit

Post by Junebug123 »

72 F-100 new coils and urethane bushings. Will 17 in wheels and P265/65R/17 tires fit without a lot of work/expense?

First, you shouldn't run passenger car tires in a truck. Second, I have 245/75/R17 tires on my truck and haven't had any issues. No rubbing inside the wheel well, and I still have 40 year old coils and bushings. There's not much work to changing wheels and tires, but expect to spend a pretty penny. Unless of course you already have them.
