Ford 302 with C-4 trans

Hey guys,
I have for sale a 302 in good running condition (does not smoke or idle rough) and comes with everything you see in the pictures.
Pulled it out of a 54 ford pickup project truck that im going to put a bigger motor in, it ran good except for the trans, it does not shift into 3rd gear however it shifts from 1st to 2nd good and into reverse good as well. maybe use it as a core? when i pulled it and drained the coolant it had no debris or rust.
Ran quiet, as it does have a crack in the drivers side exhaust manifold however it does not leak. The bottom of the oil pan is dented but does not leak.
Asking $500.00 cash local pickup in Riverside CA. Bring a hoist because i do not have one on site

I also have the original radiator for the 54 truck (6 cylinder) for sale as well, its dented on the top of the tank but it does not leak and has a trans cooler. asking $200.00 for it.
