Have you thought about using the FI dual exhaust manifolds off the newer model trucks? I run them with a walker 2.5 downpipe on my 74 240 and I like them.

One of the manifolds has to have some grinding to make fit. No big deal at all. This is the head pipe I was talking about. http://www.ebay.com/itm/Walker-Exhaust- ... 90&vxp=mtr Just depends on if you want to go dual exhaust or your just trying to free up some exhaust flow. The Y pipe needs to be hogged out for flow on the rear down pipe. Lots of info on the Fordsix web site.
