I don't ever plan on screwing any buyer... if what I sell is faulty, then I will make good. I will not describe something that "is" what it really "isn't" !
So, I hope that the golden rule prevails......

Christianity All things whatsoever ye would that men should do to you, do ye so to them; for this is the law and the prophets.
Matthew 7:1
Confucianism Do not do to others what you would not like yourself. Then there will be no resentment against you, either in the family or in the state.
Analects 12:2
Buddhism Hurt not others in ways that you yourself would find hurtful.
Udana-Varga 5,1
Hinduism This is the sum of duty; do naught onto others what you would not have them do unto you.
Mahabharata 5,1517
Islam No one of you is a believer until he desires for his brother that which he desires for himself.
Sunnah
Judaism What is hateful to you, do not do to your fellowman. This is the entire Law; all the rest is commentary.
Talmud, Shabbat 3id
Taoism Regard your neighbor’s gain as your gain, and your neighbor’s loss as your own loss.
Tai Shang Kan Yin P’ien
Zoroastrianism That nature alone is good which refrains from doing another whatsoever is not good for itself.

if your item isn't as described you can get ebay to refund your money if the buyer won't as long as you go through all of the other methods first. the seller should know that ebay will charge the item back to him if he doesn't cough it up him self. as long as you paid more than 25.00 for the item your covered.

I tried to sell an 89' Mustang GT on E-bay and got screwed. They make you sign all these stipulations about being in a contract to buy if you win the item. The person who won the item never contacted me and they said they can't do anything accept cancel his account and I still had to pay E-bay. All the money they make they should have good attorneys to track down or sue people who don't abide by their rules!!!! I will never use E-bay again!!!

better yet, if you paid with paypal, they will do more than ebay will...they almost always side with the buyer
