i just ran out of dynatape and ordered more. it's expensive and doesn't go very far. i stumbled on some hvac tape that I had stowed away and forgot about right after i ordered the dyna. it looks like the same crap... tell me it's not as good and dynatape is better because it has the letters dyna on it... and the hvac roll that i have is like 6 rolls of dynatape
HVAC tape will withstand greater temperature and pressure extremes by design, my money would be on it and I'd put the new found savings in my mods piggy bank!

Btw, I figured with as shiny as the aluminum HVAC tape is, I lined the insides of the tail light and turn signal housings to improve light reflectivity and light transmission..... waaaay better than the plain ol' silver paint from the factory.
Try it... do one side and and then compare.... you'll see the difference.
