Holley 2100 rebuild issue

Putting a rebuild kit in my 2100 and noticed the one of the emulsion tubes has a vertical split. I’m assuming that’s bad.

Does anyone have a donor part I could purchase?

The second issue is this line in the choke machanism....
Is it needed? Should leave it be or ???

I would assume the emulsion tube being split like that is going to present some sort of drive ability issue. I would just find a whole different booster assembly. What size is the carb, or whats the number stamped on the left side of the fuel bowl?

The line coming from the choke housing was at one time the oem line returning from the exhaust manifold to heat the choke spring. It looks crimped off so im guessing its been converted to manual choke or electric now?

Might call Mike's Carburetor parts. He doesn't show them on his website but might have some laying around.

the only ID stamping is on the base edge and reads: A0 U

Should say something like 1:08 or 1:21 on the body...

yes....found it....its 1.08

Mikes Carbs didn't have anything like that unfortunately. Nice folks though....

Mikes is pretty great, I get alot of kits from them. Let me check my stock and see if I have a parts 1.08 with a good booster assembly in it.

Edit/update. I dont have a 1.08 here at work. I will need to check my stash at my storage. If you find something sooner post it.

I have looked through all my 2100's. Kinda surprised I don't have a 1.08. I have an array of the larger ones though. Try ebay maybe?
