Negative my friend. Pretty sure F100's and F150's used the married t-cases in which case the 4x4 has an adapter instead of a tailhousing.

only if you changed the front shafts length from the trans to the divorced transfer case, and it also makes it easier if the C-6 has the flange style out put. I would think

almost any thing is possible if you have the money.

The pan is usually deeper for greater fluid capacity and I think they have few more disc in the clutch packs for greater durability. My brother rebuilt tranmisions for years, and sorta specialized in the c6. He liked the 4x4 trans for build ups needing greater durability. I remember there was at least these two differences, other than the shaft differences mentioned on earlier posts.

There is a 4x4 tailshaft for the C6 that has mountings for the transfercase shifter. Not sure on the lenth differences as my buddy had rebuilt my C6 and added the 4x4 tailshaft at his place. Here is a pic of mine. It is close to 10in from where the tailhousing bolts to the tyranny and the center of the ujoint strapped into the yoke. Also the crossmember that cradles the tranny dips lower than the one of a 4 speed to accommodate that deeper pan.
