Ok, I received mine on Saturday and its a work of art. Even the care taken in packaging was impressive. Jamie has put 110% into this and deserves a huge pat on the back.

You're making a bunch of insane truck guys very happy with this little chunk of aluminum, thanks again Jamie!

I agree....I got mine today, and I have to admit I'm very impressed! Nice job! :thup: You're going to have to expand your catalog of custom parts in the near future, you know! :wink:

Thanks again, Jamie...much appreciated! :clap:

How about a turn signal lever. Maybe in stainless?

Turn signal lever is already at work in the tool box... Trick is the threads and possibly making it two peice to ease machining. Say stainless shaft and polished aluminum end. Lathe work is a pain..

I'm glad you guys like them. I'm in the market for a mill for the garage, only problem is it has to be single phase, city won't put a three phase power to a residential property...

Mine arrived yesterday and I put it in as soon as I got home even though I still need to put my wiring harness in. Now that the holidays are gone maybe I can actually get some work done on it. Thanks again They look great!

Use a Phase Converter, they make them in all different sizes and they work great! :thup: A lot of the single phase mills I've seen wont reverse the spindle...

Also, could I get my name on the list for a Dome Light bezel? I'm in no hurry as I wont get to my truck until this summer if I'm lucky...

Thunder, you're on the list.

I made a phase converter years ago out of a five horse motor and a bunch of air conditioner capacitors. The trick is to get one that is filtered enough for the electronics on a CNC machine. I plan on running the machine a lot and didn't want rotophase running as well.

Thanks for the compliments guys. I've whittle out another 44 lenses for the next batch of bezels over the last couple nights. I have 52 aluminum peices cut to size and ready for the mill next week.

OK, Some more PM's sent tonight, Had some left over from the first two batches ready to go.

Another bunch ready to mail out tomorrow;

Two-Bit, 67F25_IRV, 1971Ford, NAadams, Tonpartain, Aerohead1977, Bobbyford, Craftsman.

And my poor truck just sits and waits. Sad thing is if I get the mill I want the truck will have to move outside to get it in.

Thanks for all the hard work Jamie. :thup: I feel bad that you are working on parts for our trucks and you can't work on yours. :(
