how do you remove these?
there is a star shaped thing on the top. some special tool?

ya you can pick them up at any place that sells tools
i think there usually sold individually though so might have to find out a size somehow

its called a t50 torx bit. or maybe its a t47 i can't remember

Slow down there chief.. lol that sounded funny. The correct size is T-50, well thats what is in my 71, 81, and a few other things. I ran out in the garage to make sure. Shucks sells them for $5.00 or so..

in a pinch ive even used a allen wrench to take those out the ones i took out of the ltd were stuck and i used a allen wrech and a cheater bar made from some old copper pipe it came loose fairly easily :lol: but u have to be careful not using the right tool for the job as you want to use those again :lol:
I don't really care about brands Chevy Ford Dodge ...as long as it doesn't sound like two old dudes farting in a coffee can.

yea your right it is a t50. i have used t47 not 37 in place of the 50.
