my 67 has a switch that is hooked up to nothing

maybe it was a military option for that switch. and they removed the rocket launchers when the army sold the truck to you.

Had the same plug there on my 71 F100.Popped the plug out, took out the instrument cluster and found the stock lighter wire and bought a lighter off ebay for our trucks and installed it there works perfect.Looks factory too! My truck didnt come with a lighter,but the wires are there regardless.My

It's the cargo light switch in my 70 and 71. The switch had a red light in the center of it. The one in my 71 was all melted so I replaced it with one out of a 68 in a wrecking yard. I hope this helps.
