I assume you are talking about the chrome strip around the edge of the door panel? from the pictures of the npd repro panels it looks like the chrome part is on there (and not offered separately.)

I see those on about half the bumps I come across in the wrecking yards. Being stainless steel, they clean up really well. You probably already know this, the door panels for that trim have holes stamped in them for the mounting clips. Have you any yards nearby?
