HELP, I can not view new posts.

I NEED HELP PLEASE from some of you computer experts.

I have to click on every category to view new or latest posts.
There is no "view new posts" on the home page.

It takes a lot longer like this.

Mr Jimmy , my computer crashed with a virus and I spent some time getting it back up.

On the page there is no "new topics" or new posts showing any where.

Do you know what I can do to bring back the new posts showing in stead of having to click on every category ?
