The Wife and kiddos are struggling to hop up into the cab. Does anyone have some pics on how you mounted your hoop steps? I bought some Carr Hoop II steps P/N 102522. Not sure how I should go about mounting them.

Looking great! Some of your pictures it looks dark green some look black. I'm so jealous of that 429, I bet it sounds amazing.

I did enjoy driving it around this past summer and it was surprisingly reliable. Never left me stranded...Just a few finishing touches such as an anti rattle kit for windows and some sort of step for kids and wife, but am mainly focused on driving and enjoying the truck. Maybe a few car shows too. I did install west coast jr mirrors which is not shown in pic.

That's great, glad your enjoying her! She looks good! The mirrors give the truck a nice classic look, I put the same mirrors on my truck too.

Thought I would share some finishing touch pictures. Could not find a good way to add the hoop type steps so added these steps. Makes a world of difference getting in and out of truck. Don't have to slide off the side of bench seat so it will keep its form better and not using steering wheel as a grab handle as much.
The mirrors are West Coast Jr. all polished up with new S.S. hardware.
