What brake booster/master cylinder I have changed out my F100 to 4 disc but, I've got 67 clutch & brake pedal set up. If I remember correctly.... 67 has a shorter connecting rod than other yrs( So...here's the final verdict for '67 owners. If you're wanting to install a power booster on your '67, here are your options:
1) Use the '67 Bendix-style brake booster with your '67 pedal assembly bracket; or
2) Swap a '68-'72 pedal pivot bracket into your '67, and then use a '68-'77 brake booster; or
3) Drop your '67 brake pedal out and weld a 1" extension tab onto the rear (towards the driver) edge of the pedal, drill a hole for the booster rod, and then go ahead use the '68-'77 booster.
By far, #2 would be the cheapest, fastest and easiest route, and the one I recommend.) If indeed I do go with rt.#2 or weld a tab, does the 68-77 accommodate a 4 disc set up
Are you gonna plumb an adjustable proportining valve into it, (I would just to cover your bases Jerry).
Are you gonna run all new lines?

i just did this on my 67. front disc only. i just bought a booster and valve off ebay from leed brakes. used their adjustable threaded rod. i did have to cut a little off of it but its working good. took out the brake pressure differential block and bought 3 brake lines from orielleys and plumbed them in. is an all disc brake booster different? i would like to go all disc as well, but the brakes work great now.

...I really don't know but, tomorrow I'm giving https://www.mpbrakes.com/ a call. This is where I got my back disc set up from, so I'll see what they suggest to use for a booster, master, etc. As far as the connecting rod goes.... I'm hoping and adjustable will work Thx for your response
i dont know much but dang what a difference. also where the booster mates to the master, theres an adjustable rod on the booster to mate with the master cylinder. at first, i had no pedal at all. some mc have "shallow holes" and some are deeper. i had to buy a "sleeve" to go in there to take up slack. should have came with the booster mc setup but wasn't there or i lost it. and that brake light switch works great. you will do away with the factory one, or at least i did, and just run 2 wires from the old switch harness to that new switch. truth know, you probably know more about this than me. sorry for rambling.....

Amazed to see a vendor for disc brake parts, (MC/booster options) for our trucks that I'd never even heard of!
And they have a lot of options is seems. Bookmarked thanks.

Ok...so my question is WHY do ya'll need such "beefed up" brakes LOL?!
Am sure Jerry remembers our member here BobbyFord who put the 460 in his 67' and then 60 series tires he'd smoke to the ground!
I bet the 4 wheel discs will make the truck seem like never before!
I just hope for another bump work horse someday, too old for going fast LOL!

i really dont with a 240 3 speed. main reason i did front disc's because they were given to me. probably got 300 in it with booster m/c and valve setup and 3 3foot brake lines and fittings. i would do it again on another truck if i ever get another one.
