I gotta admit that is the hardest part. You really have to take your time. I still could have done a lot better, but that was my first go. I know on the drivers side door I'll try to make the holes in the letters "O", "R", and "D" bigger. Even a little bit would make it easier.

Actually I picked out the vinyl that was the easiest to stretch. Some was easy to stretch, but wouldn't hold the stretch. The most of expensive (of course) was the best at stretching and keeping it.

Looks great. That's one of the most cleverest things I've ever seen! I'm surprised that some company hasn't been selling custom panels like that! :thup:

now that is an idea. you have the pattern. it is kind of small in the lines and the buttons inthe center of the lines. do you think that foam will do that good of a job. with that exact pattern?

Looks great man...good job. I am wanting to make my own panels as well, that way I can incorporate door speakers somehow.
