I was just looking at thier site for springs for the F-250, then remembered a previous experience and thought I'd share....
I ordered a 4" Rough Country suspension system, for my Dodge, shipped to central Maine for around $760.....It came with 4 shocks, steering block, all the u-bolts/studs, degree shims, 2 rear 4" dodge lift springs, 1 dodge front spring and 1 front Jeep spring.....
After talking to Robin at RMS, I finally received my other dodge spring about a month later. She did throw in some free red poly bushings I wanted, but no free T-shirt and stickers she said she'd throw in as an "apology" for the mix up.
UPS never did take back the Jeep spring, so I just need 3 more of those. And a jeep
So I will definately do business with them again, but I'll be sure to order everything BEFORE I'll need them, just in case

Sounds like they have pretty good customer service. Glad it all worked out for.
