coil spring retainers?

coil spring retainers?
I need the little piece of metal strap with the two nuts welded to it that bolts onto the underside of the shock tower that keeps the coil spring from moving. Any idea if ford still has something like this, orshould I just make something? I need both by the way

Mine were rusted out so i fab a strap and two grade 5 nuts and bolts workin fine for 6 yrs now.
